Ingredients- Salt, Phosphate, Iron Carbonate, Calcium Carbonate, Manganous Oxide, Red Iron Oxide, Copper Sulfate, Calcium Iodate, Cobalt Carbonate, and flavorings
Placement- the best location to sprinkle Deer Dust would be in active areas typically where you know deer would be moving through. Deer Dust also works well near where deer would bed down or feed. With our special fragrance booster your options are vast, when the deer smell it they will be coming!
Site Prep- Take a small tree branch/stick or while wearing rubber gloves (never want to leave human scent) scrape the top layer of leaves off of the ground in about a 3-6 foot circle. Take particular care as to not dig deeper into the composting leafy area. If applying in a food plot or field site selection is the same, you just don’t have to disturb the soil.
Distribution- When your site is prepped distribute the Deer dust onto the ground in the entire circle that you cleared. When your pale is empty take your sticks or gloved hands and spread it into the earth. You will need to reapply every month. Recharge the Site.
FG Trace minerals are best used from February through September. It is a relatively cheap formula for fall success. Its not corn or some Deer magic in a bag. Our Trace Mineral will not only assist in adding mass to your Buck its also formulated to help strengthen the herd. It will help in the spring months to provide essential nutrients to your doe while carrying their fawns. When spring arrives the doe will give birth to healthier fawns and then after birth when the mother start lactating they pass those same nutrients along to their young. Meanwhile the buck will need to replace the those vital nutrients they lost over the winter months during the peak of the rut.
